Wasn't kidding when I said pocket contents won't fall out... Good thing my model was also a Wichita State cheerleader with me!
The other two innovations are in the shoulders and side straps. Many nurses get back fatigue from lifting and are annoyed when their clothes don't stay in place. I fixed both these problems by a suspension back brace on the shoulder blades and a couple of clips on the sides that attach to the nurses pants.
My last scrubs innovation involved adding a temperature control system to the scrubs. The scrub is made out of a mix of Polyester and Rayon and this acts as a great insulator for heat. If the nurse gets too hot though they can always pull on a string and this activates vents that would normally be in the side and back near high blood flow areas. This helps cool the nurse and in term, reduces fatigue greatly. They snap back together with magnets.
